Any email we send is sent only to people who have agreed to receive it, and every message includes a clear way to unsubscribe. Unsubscribe requests are honored promptly.

What we consider spam

• Messages sent without the recipient's prior consent.
• Messages without an opt-out link or another way to unsubscribe.
• Messages with misleading sender information, subject lines or content.
• Messages sent to email addresses harvested from websites or other sources.

Report spam

If you believe you received unsolicited email promoting SilentFlow, contact support@shippingcaps.com and include a copy of the message. We will investigate every report.
